A man was arrested at the Southwark Crown Court after a search of a man who bought a'machete' at a convenience store in north London, on suspicion of trafficking in counterfeit goods.
He was being held in the High Court on a condition that he could be supplied with a prescription from a GP.
The court heard that a man who had bought a'machete' at a convenience store in north London was buying it from a man in his 30s and had not yet had his GP sign a prescription for it.
The man bought the'machete' on the spot by himself at the store, when he had no prescription from a GP and was only about a half a minute from the store.
When the man had his GP sign the prescription, he was then sent to the chemist in the neighbourhood of Whitehall Street to purchase it from a pharmacist.
A statement from the police said: 'The defendant consented to a doctor's prescription on the day of the arrest which the defendant consented to a doctor's prescription which the defendant consented to a prescription which the defendant consented to a doctor's consultation. 'The defendant consented to a doctor's prescription which the defendant consented to a doctor's consultation.'
Judge Sir Richard Stewart told the jury that the man 'purchased the machete' for himself at a'machete store'.
He said the man had bought it from a man who was selling it to someone else and had not yet had a GP's consultation.
The man told the court that he had tried to buy the machete from a local pharmacist in his 30s and was refused the prescription.
He was then brought to the store and told by the pharmacist that he had been buying the machete from a woman at his local shop on the day of the arrest.
When the pharmacist saw the man, he told him to go straight to the doctor to have a second opinion.
He told the doctor, who had prescribed him Viagra, that he was'very disappointed' and would like to talk to the doctor and to try to get a prescription for the medicine.
The doctor had told the man that'sildenafil' (the chemical found in Viagra) was the most effective and safe medicine that could be used to treat erectile dysfunction.
The man was not authorised to buy the'machete' at the pharmacy at Whitehall Street but had been told by his GP that it was illegal to do so.
The court heard that the defendant bought the'machete' from a man at a convenience store and sold it at a chemist on the day he was arrested.
The court heard that the defendant was supplying the'machete' to someone else at the pharmacy on the day of the arrest.
He was told to bring a note and a receipt to the pharmacy to show that the defendant was going to buy the'machete' and to show the receipt to the chemist.
The chemist in question, Lloyds Pharmacy, was located in front of the store.
He had bought the'machete' on the spot.
The defendant was told to have a consultation with a GP, who agreed to prescribe it to him.
When he was told that the doctor had prescribed the'machete', he asked for the prescription.
The doctor told the patient that he was not sure what was in the bottle, so that he should not take it again.
The defendant then asked for the'machete' and he had to take it again to the doctor, who agreed to prescribe it to him.
The doctor then told the patient that the bottle had been seized and that he would like to see the man's prescription again.
The patient was then told to go back to his local pharmacy to have the prescription filled.
The pharmacist told the doctor that he had not had the machete in the past and he would like to see the man's prescription again.
The doctor then told the patient to 'consult' him as the prescription was coming from the chemist and would be able to give him a referral to a pharmacist.
The patient then went back to his local pharmacy and was given a referral to a pharmacist.
The pharmacist told the patient that the bottle had been seized and had been refitted in a new, new bottle, with the new label attached to it.
